Thank you royal mail for damaging the poster tube containing my A2 signed print from Jordan Devney so badly the print is totally ruined.

The end had been wrenched of one side and a huge dent in the poster tube where it has been bent has had a terminal effect on the print, and to be honest I’m lucky it hadn’t fallen out and been lost.

I’ve started the complaints procedure but it’s going to take 3 months, and there is no guarantee that they will take responsibility.

It just plain sucks :(
