I had a moment of nostalgia in my mood today….

…and bought this off ebay for virtually pennies. I’ve missed having this game so much.

Perhaps considering i’m not 9 as well, I might get to complete it this time god damn 1 hour play rule as a child


I just found my old gameboy, it has pokemon inside.

Facebook is just full of people being frankly over the top about MW3 or some other stupidly expensive game that causes guys to neglect girlfriends, friends, the outside world… When I think back, over twenty years ago I got this for a joint birthday/christmas gift. (In this exact same packaging) No other games or presents. I loved it. I can still close my eyes and smell the ‘new nintendo smell’ I now have no time in my life to spend hours on end playing a game, and no want or desire to sit down with a first person shooter that is exactly the same as every other one out there just with changed graphics. When I see grown men in their 30s/40s obsessing over a computer game, there is a little voice inside me that wants to scream GROW THE FUCK UP.
