I have lost a stone and a half in a little over two months, never felt healthier, don’t think I’ve looked better - no more fat face in photos, no more feeling like clothes don’t fit.
Done with nothing but a healthy diet, now to tone up for turkey!

As a graphic designer, I feel I’ve missed the boat.
No matter where I go from here I know that I will never work for a major (or even minor) graphic design agency ever.
It annoys me that to be a success you have to know the right people and be in the right place, and i know no matter what hard work I put in is ever going to change that.
